Multi day Death Valley tours are available from San Francisco, but not a one day Death Valley trip.

This tour starts in San Francisco and finishes in Las Vegas

Departing from San Francisco, the first stop is Yosemite National Park, which you can spend the afternoon and evening touring. The night is actually spent inside the park.

We request that you consider booking sooner rather than later, as lodging inside the park sells out early, and, if we cannot get you a room then the tour will not be available to you!

Early on the second day we leave Yosemite and travel through the park, climbing up to almost 10 000 feet on the Tioga Pass, before traveling down to the California interior valleys. The road to Death Valley is often picturesque and there are frequent stops.

You will enter Death Valley at the west entrance, and travel through the park towards the east exit. You will have the opportunity to stroll up to the top of the Zabriskie Point overlook, as well as visit Furnace Creek and Stovepipe Wells. We tend to stop whenever there are photo opportunities

Additional details, and ordering

This tour starts in San Francisco. It does almost everything that the five day tour (above) does, but at Bryce Canyon, instead of going back to Vegas through Zion, it heads north and continues on to Salt Lake City.

After spending the night in Salt Lake City you will continue north up to Yellowstone where you will tour the park. There is also a tour of Grand Teton National Park and Jackson. In addition, you have the options of going white water rafting on the Snake River and horseback riding. Details
